This policy explains what personal data Voloshyn LLC collects on this website and why.

What we collect

  • Your email address, which you enter on our page before checkout. We store it with our payment provider (Stripe) together with the pack you selected, so we can deliver your order and, if checkout isn't completed, send a reminder.
  • Order data: the product purchased and the amount, as provided through Stripe Checkout.
  • Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
  • How you found us: the advertising campaign or link parameters in the address you arrived from (for example, utm_source or a click ID), stored with your order.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies and similar identifiers used for analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled (see "Analytics and advertising services" below).
  • We do not ask for or collect any information about your children.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchase and provide support.
  • To send emails about your order and a short series of tips on using the pages, and — if you don't finish checkout — up to two reminders. Every non-transactional email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how visitors use the site and fix problems (analytics).
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and show our ads to people who may be interested. Where enabled, we share limited event data — pages visited, a purchase, its value and order ID, cookie identifiers, IP address and browser type, and a hashed (scrambled) email address — with the advertising platforms listed below.

Analytics and advertising services

Depending on what is enabled at the time of your visit, this site may use:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google); Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), which records how the page is used — clicks, scrolling and page layout — with form fields masked.
  • Advertising: Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms — Facebook, Instagram); Google Ads conversion tracking, enhanced conversions and remarketing (Google); Microsoft Advertising UET tag (Microsoft); Pinterest Tag and Conversions API (Pinterest); TikTok Pixel and Events API (TikTok); Reddit Pixel and Conversions API (Reddit); X Pixel (X Corp.); Taboola Pixel (Taboola); Snap Pixel (Snap Inc.).

These companies process the data under their own privacy policies and may combine it with other information they hold about you.

Sharing

We share data with service providers needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), an email delivery provider, and the analytics and advertising services listed above, where enabled. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, allowing advertising platforms to collect data through their tags on our site may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other US state privacy laws.

Your privacy choices

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, advertising tags are not loaded and we do not send your purchase to advertising platforms from our servers. Analytics without advertising features stays on.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@example.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep order records as required for accounting and tax purposes.
