Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on this website by Voloshyn LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell Quiet Time, a downloadable set of printable activity pages (PDF) for children ages 3–5, optional add-ons, and the Quiet Time Club monthly membership. Product descriptions are provided for information; we make no promise of any particular developmental, educational or behavioral outcome. Activities are meant to be used with adult supervision; some pages involve crayons, scissors and glue.

2. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. At checkout Stripe may save your card for this store. Right after a purchase we may offer an add-on on the confirmation page; if you choose "Add", the add-on price shown on the button is charged to the same card without re-entering it. We never charge a saved card without your action on that page, except for membership renewals you signed up for.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you receive download links on the confirmation page. Links are time-limited. If a link expires, contact us at support@example.com.

4. Membership

A membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges.

5. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to print the pages for use within your own household. You may not resell, share or publish the files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products are provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
